Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court. Provides legal advice and representation in areas of specialization including public employment, private labor law, social security, and contribution obligations.
For over 50 years, he has worked in the field of labor law and social insurance, gaining experience first as a legal advisor and later as regional coordinator of the legal department of a public institution, before resuming private practice in 2006 in the Bergamo Bar. In 1993, he earned a specialization diploma in labor law disciplines from the University of Parma, presenting a thesis on the “Social Security Sanctions System,” later published in the journal Informazione Previdenziale.
Author of numerous publications and in-depth studies on social security and contribution requirements. He has collaborated with the University of Bergamo in the Labor Law course and regularly takes part in conferences and seminars. He teaches in master’s programs, preparatory courses for Labor Consultants, and professional development courses.
He served as an honorary tax judge for 20 years.
